As a Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with the Founder's and strategy team and contribute to critical projects across various domains of the business. This role requires a high degree of versatility and a proactive approach to tackling strategic and operational challenges in a dynamic startup environment.

What will you doSupport Strategic Planning:

1. Assist in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
3. Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations for business development initiatives.

Project and Process Management:

1. Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Plan out improvement projects and take the lead on executing them.
3. Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
4. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align on goals and deliverables.

Operational Support:

1. Support daily operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
2. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

Innovation and Research:

1. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the longevity and health supplement industry.
2. Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative products and services.
3. Engage with the scientific community to support evidence-based product development and validation.

What we are looking for

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in management consulting, startup or venture development.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks.
4. High proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages is a plus.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
7. Ability to work independently.
