Corporate Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our brand presence through strategic communications, media relations, and content development. This role involves managing external PR and Investor Relations (IR) agencies, coordinating internal messaging, and ensuring all corporate materials align with our brand voice and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Communications & Branding
Develop and execute communication strategies to strengthen the company's brand positioning.
Ensure consistency in corporate messaging across internal and external communications.
Craft compelling narratives and key messages that align with corporate objectives. - PR & Media Relations
Manage the relationship with external PR agencies, ensuring timely execution of PR campaigns, press releases, and media engagement strategies.
Identify and secure media opportunities, including interviews, features, and speaking engagements for company executives.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign effectiveness. - Investor Relations (IR) Communications
Collaborate with the IR agency to ensure consistency in investor messaging, reports, and presentations. Assist in preparing financial reports, shareholder communications, and earnings call materials.
Support corporate disclosures and regulatory communications as needed. - Content Development & Copywriting
Write and edit press releases, speeches, corporate announcements, website content, and internal communications.
Develop high-quality content for annual reports, investor presentations, and executive messages.
Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and external communication partners (PR, IR, creative agencies).
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of communication projects. Manage approvals, timelines, and quality control for all outsourced communication materials. - Crisis & Reputation Management
Support crisis communication planning and execution in collaboration with leadership and PR teams.
Monitor industry trends and potential risks to proactively manage corporate reputation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or a similar role.
Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Experience managing PR and IR agencies or external communication vendors.
Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate finance, investor relations, or financial communications is a plus.
Proficiency in content management systems, media monitoring tools, and digital marketing platforms. Familiarity with public company reporting and disclosure requirements.
