Job Description:

  1. Manpower planning and handle for recruitment process.
  2. Implement Human Resources policies and procedures relating to recruitment, learning and development, company rules and regulations, personnel administration, and employee relations.
  3. Revise and update Organization Chart.
  4. Manage HR budget and plans.
  5. Conduct the orientation program, develop yearly training plan, and company activities/programs in compliance with business requirements.
  6. Manage performance management system.
  7. Develop the company's compensation program, including salary administration and benefits programs.
  8. Administer HR database and prepare payrolls, social security insurance, personal income tax, and other monetary items required by law.
  9. Prepare HR reports such as turnover rate, absenteeism, vacancies, etc.
  10. Prepare legal documents such as hiring, leasing & rental agreements.
  11. Register & renew company's permits, certificates & licenses, including work permits & visas for expatriates.
  12. Oversee general office administration, including stationery, facilities, and manage outsourcing (security, maid, receptionist, messenger, etc.).
  13. Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in Human Resource roles in manufacturing business is preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, HRM, and HRD.
  4. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. Language: proficient in English.
