As a Commutation & Patient Advocacy Manager, you will be developing & leading strategies patient advocacy and communication strategies that align with marketing goals and overall organisation objectives. Create patient-focused content and manage social media campaigns. Also, you will be:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with patient organisations, advocacy groups, and key internal business partners to enhance patient outcomes and represent the organisation at relevant forums.
  2. Overseeing internal communications plans and executing external communications, including media releases and press materials, ensuring consistency with brand and market positioning.
  3. Leading crisis communication efforts, collaborating with senior leadership to anticipate and manage issues effectively, ensuring proactive resolution.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the success of communication campaigns and patient advocacy initiatives, using metrics to report on impact and alignment with business objectives.
  5. Ensuring all communications activities adhere to corporate policies and regulatory standards, working with compliance teams and reporting any adverse events or technical issues.
The Successful Applicant

As a successful Communication & Patient Advocacy Manager, you should have:
