Project: Supply and Lay GRP pipe underground for Lembaga Air Perak

Responsibilities and Duty: Site Agent

• Overall in managing the dedicated projects & report to Project Manager/Director.
• Liaison with Authorities, Consultant, Client, Sub-contractor, Supplier, Safety Officer, Site Safety supervisor.
• Prepare all the project documents, claims, supporting documents, progress meeting, as-built drawing, monthly progress report, Microsoft Project MIP and Gantt Chart.
• Prepare method statement, supporting claims document, records, testing and commissioning.
• Monitoring the civil works, mechanical & electrical works.
• Daily activities report to Project Manager/Project Director and manage all the Project matters arising.
• Interprets Company's policies and operational procedures to subordinate supervisors and directs their activities in accordance with company requirements.
• To coordinate, monitor and advise on the implementation and design of project, including making regular site visits.
• To ensure project completed with Certificate of Practical Completion, final account, O & M, as-built drawing, CMGD and handover of the completed project.
• Take part and prepare ISO requirements and yearly audit matters arising.
