Job Description
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with brand stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and achieve business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including livestreaming events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Advertising Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns to ensure they are delivering maximum ROI.
  • Livestream Management: Collaborate with the livestream team to optimize content, performance, and viewer engagement to drive sales.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and implement strategies to boost revenue through data-driven decision-making and market insights.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for campaigns and client accounts, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including creative, production, and media buyers to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and align with brand objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic recommendations.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related field, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, livestreaming, and paid ad strategies, especially on platforms like TikTok.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with various teams and clients to achieve common goals.
