Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsible for overseeing and supervising the daily Front Office workflow.
Preserving the standards, quality service, and good order of the house.
Anticipating guest needs and handling guest complaints/feedback.
Assisting and delighting customers upon check-in/check-out.
Assisting in supervising hotel activities as requested.
Reviewing, analyzing, and suggesting improvements to workflow and standards at the Front Desk.
Ensuring effective communication within the Front Office staff and with all other departments.
Assisting the admin officer to complete daily clerical work such as OTA reservation reconciliation.
Performing OTA follow-up work like reservation cancellation and payment checking.
Conducting night audit checks, compiling several admin reports, and handling admin filing work.
Job Requirements:Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management/Tourism Management/Any Field with 3 years of experience, including 2 years as Front Office Supervisor/Guest Service Officer OR
SPM holder with 4 years of experience, including 2 years as Front Office Supervisor/Guest Service Officer.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
Good working knowledge of computer software applications.
Customer-centric with strong leadership and organizational skills.
