Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or from one of our many offices around the world.

What are the main responsibilities?

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process and empower them to make successful hires.
  2. Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice.'
  3. Lead end-to-end recruitment of roles; drafting adverts, sourcing, culture interviews, and other recruitment activities.
  4. Provide project management support for any recruitment-based programs.
  5. Proactively improve our employment brand in the market.
  6. Manage our ATS platform and maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data.

The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.

What skills and experience are required?

  1. 1+ year in recruitment (must be in-house recruitment).
  2. High learning agility and the ability to work with stakeholders from around the globe.
  3. Passion for high growth companies and building a strong culture.
  4. Strong customer service orientation; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
  6. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across time zones.
  7. Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programs, including MS Office Suite, Google, and HRIS/Recruitment platforms.
