Navigating talent landscapes with precision and purposeWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies for Antom, the online payment solution. The successful candidate should have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential business prospects through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the online payment industry, our company's products and services, and competitive landscape.
- Present and sell our online payment solutions to new prospects, addressing their unique needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to identify new business opportunities and expand market knowledge.
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the online payment or financial technology industry.
- Knowledge of payment gateway platforms, e-commerce, and mobile payment technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
