At DAA Design Associates Sdn Bhd, we are a leading interior design and renovation company based in Johor Bahru, specializing in delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces. As an award-winning firm (Golden Bull Award, JIDA Design Award, SME100 Fast Moving Companies), we are expanding our Project Management Team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to supervise and manage on-site renovation activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. If you have strong leadership, site coordination experience, and problem-solving skills, we welcome you to join our growing team

Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage on-site renovation activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
  2. Ensure all work complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.
  3. Coordinate with team members and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Site Inspections & Problem-Solving
  5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality control.
  6. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  8. Reporting & Resource Management
  9. Prepare and submit site reports and documentation on work progress.
  10. Manage site resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
  11. Assist in tracking materials, labor, and equipment usage to maintain cost-effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Candidates with a qualification in Project Management are encouraged to apply.
  2. Experience in site coordination, renovation, or construction is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
  1. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively.
  2. Mandarin speaking required for this role.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
