Job Responsibilities
  • Handling pre-online booking enquiries, post-online booking enquiries, other general enquiries, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School or equivalent level.
  • Required language(s): Korean and English.
  • Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in customer service industry.
  • Each Shift consists of 9 working hours including 1-hour lunch break-time.
