Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Leanx's product strategy, ensuring our payment solutions are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with market demands. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to deliver products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy and Vision
    • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Leanx's business goals.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for new features and products.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize product initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  2. Product Development and Lifecycle Management
    • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
    • Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide development teams.
  3. Customer-Centric Focus
    • Work closely with customers, sales, and support teams to understand user needs and pain points.
    • Ensure products are designed with a seamless user experience (UX) and meet customer expectations.
    • Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, ensuring alignment across departments.
    • Collaborate with the risk and compliance team to ensure products adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, BNM guidelines).
    • Partner with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
  5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to drive innovation.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and introduce new features that add value to customers.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and iterative development.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the payment gateway, FinTech, or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, and technical integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the payment industry (e.g., PCI DSS, AML) is a plus.
