About the role

Become an integral part of the dynamic e-commerce team at JNK WORLDWIDE SDN. BHD. as an E-commerce - Generalist. In this full-time role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product listings and inventory management to customer service and order fulfillment, packaging orders.
  2. Analyse sales data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies to ensure our online presence remains competitive.
  5. Continuously enhance the customer experience across all our digital touchpoints.
What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and performance tracking metrics.
