Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Manage and coordinate the delivery of products and services to key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience

  4. Proactively monitor and report on key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in a key account management or senior sales role, preferably within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industry
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence at all levels of an organization
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
  6. Flexible and able to travel
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
