Job Description:

  1. Conveyancing Lawyer
    - To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.
    - Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
    - Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status report, and other types of work assigned by the firm/company from time to time.
    - Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.
    - Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above.
  2. Conveyancing Clerk
    - Handle documentation on conveyancing for Sale & Purchase Agreements from developer, consumers and commercial banking, Sub-sales, Perfection and all other related.
    - Attend to loan documentation in respect of consumer, corporate and commercial banking.
    - Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation including project /sub-sale work from the initial stage till the completion stage.
    - Attend to clients, various government authorities, bankers, agents or any correspondences.
    - Prepare status report and all other legal work assigned by the firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Conveyancing Lawyer
    - Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
    - Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    - Added advantage to applications that can communicate Cantonese because you may require to liaise with clients from Overseas such as Hong Kong.
    - At least 3-5 years of experience in sub-sales, sub-loan, projects and loans, and commercial agreements.
    - Able to work independently.
  2. Conveyancing Clerk
    - At least 2 years' experience is required.
    - Well-organized, responsible and able to do multitask.
    - Attentive to details.
    - Advantage to candidate who know Mandarin/Cantonese.
