Your day to day
  1. Works with Director of finance & Business Support on manpower planning and management needs.
  2. Identify training needs, develop formal training plan and conduct the training sessions.
  3. Assistance in recruiting the staff, their assessment and reviews.
  4. Ensuring the monthly meetings of the department.
  5. Assisting in providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget and KPO's (Goals Program).
  6. Implement and review the financial control, policies and procedures.
  7. Day to day running of the accounting department.
  8. Checking of timely and correct compliance of the legal and tax matters.
  9. Appraising and reporting the day to day financial position.
  10. Generation of the timely and accurate MIS.
  11. Responsible for monthly closing of books and making P&L.
  12. Supporting GM for submitting MTFR.
  13. Supporting DOFBS for submitting EFPM forecasting.
  14. Maintaining the correct and up to date books of accounts.
  15. Management of the internal as well external audits as when they happen.
  16. Providing necessary financial insights and inputs so as to help formulate the budget and other financial forecasts and plans.
  17. Assisting in ensuring payments are made to IHG (All Fees and billings) as fast as possible.
  18. Calling the monthly P&L review meets.
What we need from you
  1. M.Com,/MBA/ B Com or equivalent.
  2. 4 years of experience in the finance domain including supervisory/ managerial level.
