Act as the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment assessments, and communicating with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring they receive timely updates about their application status, interview details, and any other relevant information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring that logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through databases, networks, and recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS. Ensure that all applicant data is captured and organized correctly for easy retrieval and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing candidate offer letters, updating job descriptions, managing onboarding documents, and assisting with any other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional in all communications, providing clarity, and addressing any candidate inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a related role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
