After 6+ years in performance marketing, we've felt the inefficiencies first-hand — marketers buried in reports, business owners unsure where the money went, and agencies struggling to scale without burning out.
That's why we started Brokoli Digital — a strategic growth partner to brands, built with the mindset of an in-house team. Now, we're ready to take it further.
We're building a MarTech platform to empower marketers, agencies, and business owners to scale profitably, automate 50% of repetitive tasks, and make smarter, faster decisions.
Starting in Malaysia, and expanding across Singapore and Asia.
Who's on the team:
- Ryan (Founder): Leads strategy, with 6+ years in the trenches of digital marketing and media buying.
- COO: Previously scaled teams in large agencies, focused on operations and delivery.
- You: The tech visionary who can build and scale a product from 0 to 1.
What we're looking for:
- A full-stack builder who can ship MVPs fast and iterate.
- Someone who understands or is curious about online advertising and MarTech.
- You know how to work with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and integrate data from platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you're in it for the journey, not just a paycheck.
- Bonus: experience building analytics dashboards or SaaS tools.
What you'll do:
- Spearhead product development, from architecture to deployment.
- Co-own the product vision and shape the roadmap.
- Automate workflows we currently do manually using a mix of custom code, AI, and third-party APIs.
