The firm's flagship product, Treasury.tg, aims to revolutionize collectible asset sales—particularly Telegram Fragment Usernames and other digital valuables—through a multi-phase auction system grounded in smart contracts on the TON blockchain.

Our Mission is to democratize digital collectibles trading by introducing innovative auction mechanisms, ensuring fair market prices, accessible fractional ownership, and a seamless user experience across global markets.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in blockchain technology, particularly within the TON (The Open Network) ecosystem, Telegram Mini Apps, and crypto exchange platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Blockchain Development (TON)
    • Design, develop, and implement smart contracts on the TON Blockchain.
    • Integrate TON blockchain functionalities into existing systems or create new platforms.
    • Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot blockchain-related modules for performance and security.
    • Develop, maintain, and scale Telegram Mini Apps using the relevant APIs and frameworks.
    • Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement engaging and intuitive user experiences.
    • Ensure seamless integration with Telegram's ecosystem and compliance with Telegram's guidelines.
  2. Crypto Exchange Platform
    • Design and implement secure, scalable features for crypto exchange functions (trading, wallets, KYC/AML flows, etc.).
    • Work on order matching, liquidity management, payment gateways, and exchange-related microservices.
    • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure robust, high-availability deployments and system monitoring.
  3. Full Stack Development
    • Work on both front-end (React, Vue.js, or similar) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar) to build end-to-end solutions.
    • Create RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate them with front-end interfaces.
    • Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, QA, Marketing) to deliver high-quality products on-time.
    • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion best engineering practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, blockchain advancements, and emerging technologies.
  4. Security & Compliance
    • Ensure all blockchain and crypto-related activities comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
    • Implement robust authentication, encryption, and data privacy measures.
    • Conduct periodic security audits and recommend improvements.
  5. Innovation & Problem Solving
    • Provide creative solutions to complex development challenges in the blockchain space.
    • Prototype new ideas rapidly, leveraging emerging libraries, frameworks, and platforms.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Technical Proficiency
    • Blockchain & TON: Hands-on experience with smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, FunC, or other relevant languages for TON).
    • Strong understanding of TON architecture, tools, and ecosystem.
    • Familiarity with Telegram Bot API and Mini App capabilities.
    • Experience building user-facing features with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
  2. Back-End: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or other server-side languages.
  3. Front-End: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, Angular, or a comparable framework.
  4. Crypto Exchange: Understanding of crypto exchange mechanics (order matching, liquidity, payment gateways).
  5. DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
