Job SummaryThe Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to placement and relationship management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and the ability to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Identify and engage with high-potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance excellence.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the talent market.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Track and report key hiring metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
