Job Summary

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to placement and relationship management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and the ability to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the talent market.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a headhunting or executive search firm.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, CRM, and ATS platforms.
