- Create plans and scripts for e-commerce short videos based on product, audience, and marketing goals.
- Lead video shoots, manage scenes, shots, and actors for quality footage.
- Oversee post-production, including editing, effects, and sound to boost product appeal.
- Manage multiple platform accounts (e.g., TikTok, XHS, Facebook), optimizing titles, tags, and descriptions.
- Track industry trends, analyze competitor videos, and innovate content.
- Collaborate with teams to adjust strategies based on feedback and data to meet marketing goals.
- 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce short video or directing.
- Strong scriptwriting skills with the ability to manage the entire creative process.
- Proficient in using shooting equipment and skilled in visual storytelling and composition.
- Experienced with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut Pro), including effects and color grading.
- Creative, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
- Strong responsibility, communication, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- A fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin speaker with excellent written skills.
