Job Description:

1. Assist Master-in-chamber and/or Legal Associate in handling all aspects of litigation works particularly matters related to motor insurance claims (running-down cases).
2. Attend to clients and other tasks assigned by the firm from time to time.
3. Prepare cause papers, record of appeal, and opinion writing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. LLB (Hons) law degree holder.
2. Self-motivated.
3. Hardworking, responsible & committed to work.
4. Strong communication and research skills.
5. Satisfied all the legal requirements necessary to begin Pupilage.
6. Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Must possess own transport, be willing to travel, and able to attend to ad-hoc matters.
8. Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
9. Ready to join immediately.
