On a given day, you will:

  • Monitor and analyse regulatory developments across international, EU, and local markets, staying ahead of changes that could impact our operations.
  • Develop and implement compliance-related policies, conducting internal reviews and gap analyses to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.
  • Execute compliance monitoring programs, ensuring timely and thorough implementation across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with management and business units to communicate regulatory challenges and develop strategic solutions.
  • Prepare and submit critical regulatory reports related to CRS, FATCA, MiFIR, and EMIR.
  • Lead the charge in identifying emerging compliance trends and evaluating areas where enhanced engagement is needed.

We would love to work with you if you:
  • Have 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk function within the financial services sector.
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in legal, compliance, or a related field.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of investment services regulations, particularly those related to CFDs.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Excel at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
