DoMedia Asia is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in performance-based solutions in the Southeast Asia Region. As we expand our team, we seek an experienced Social Media Specialist adept at navigating digital and social content projects from inception to fruition.

We are currently seeking a creative, innovative, self-driven, and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling different accounts of clients, creating engaging content, streamlining brand direction, and managing our clients' social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.) to further drive user engagement.

• Strategize, develop, and implement robust social media content plans that align with current trends and the target audience for our client's brands.
• Produce and schedule a wide variety of content including written content, ideation of monthly content direction, graphics design direction, and photo and video shooting directions for each brand. Manage content production together with the in-house designer and external agencies where applicable.
• Manage social media accounts simultaneously, alongside fellow team members, and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand identity.
• Leverage a deep understanding of branding and positioning of the client's brand to create compelling social media campaigns.
• Ensure high-quality execution of projects in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of organization, tracking and reporting on social media metrics regularly.
• Lead the Social Media Management team, providing guidance to teammates and ensuring every project meets the client's expectations.

• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective algorithm changes, and best practices for content creation.
• A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
• Experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills, with the ability to entertain, engage, and connect with your audience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media management work.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage tasks independently, and learn quickly.
• A result-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on conversions, goals, funnels, sales, and results.
• The ability to manage and prioritize your time effectively to produce consistent and high-quality content.
• The ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong understanding of target audience preferences and behaviors.
• Familiarity with Digital Advertising, Google Ads such as Facebook or other Social Media Ads would be advantageous.
• Having design/editing skills in Adobe Suite or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Experience in Videography and Photography skills would be advantageous.
