About The Role

As part of our growth and the evolution of our brand, Enko Education is looking for a freelance Designer & Video Editor to support the central team with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

This role is key in shaping and evolving Enko's visual identity, ensuring that our brand remains fresh, modern, and aligned with our mission. The Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for producing compelling visual and video content for both network-wide campaigns and individual school communications.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications team and support schools across Africa, ensuring that all visual materials are aligned with Enko's brand guidelines and communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Refining and modernizing Enko's brand identity to keep it dynamic and engaging
  2. Updating the brand guidelines to reflect evolving trends and needs
  3. Designing visuals and videos for central marketing campaigns deployed across all Enko schools
  4. Supporting individual schools by creating social media and communication assets
  5. Developing templates and design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across the network
  6. Collaborating with creative agencies for high-end video productions requiring professional equipment
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Strong expertise in graphic design and video editing
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  3. Experience with Canva for creating easy-to-use templates
  4. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative visual content
  5. Strong understanding of visual communication trends
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  7. High attention to detail and brand consistency
  8. Knowledge of social media trends to design impactful content
  9. Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  10. Fluency in English and French
Who We're Looking For
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
  2. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  3. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to visual storytelling
  4. Interest in the education sector and a strong desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization
  5. Availability of at least 15 hours per week as a freelancer
