Education Consultant

- Counsel and advise students & parents on local and overseas study options.
- Follow up student enquiries, applications and acceptance constantly.
- Assist students and parents on course applications, study visa submission, and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain and update the student database.
- Maintain proactive and build positive relationships with students and/or parents.
Marketing and Events
- Plan, organize, document, and execute online and offline (physical) events within the budget.
- Participate in both online and offline (physical) events.
- Execute company marketing plans and identify new marketing segments.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to guide decision-making.
Public Relations
- Liaise with school and college counselors on courses available at local and overseas institutions as well as the application process.
- Visit schools, colleges, and universities to gain more information and knowledge on how to promote the institutions.
- Serve as a liaison for local channel partners.
Other Responsibilities
- Attend to administrative functions and manage daily office routine work.
- Attend to other relevant tasks as requested by the company.
- Attend to inquiries after office hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years working experience as an education consultant.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferable).
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Outgoing & present personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills, and customer service skills.
- Willing to travel, both locally and overseas.
- Knowledge in Social Media and Online Marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented.
