Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop a network of contacts to attract new customers, markets, and channels.
  2. Strengthen route to market capabilities.
  3. Grow specific markets or channels.
  4. Implement business strategies focused on growth and new opportunities.
  5. Identify new prospects and opportunities, connect to prospects, and convert them into customers.
  6. Conduct market research to identify opportunities related to our company.
  7. Manage day-to-day operational matters with new customers.
  8. Develop structured progress reports, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new customer recruitment and onboarding.
  10. Manage and participate in trade fairs and market visits to gather market information and expand prospects.

A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales or business development in the food and beverage industry. Insights about the ASEAN market and consumer are a plus.

Experience in launching or selling new products.

Experience in preparing business proposals.

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially as the role involves international markets.

Understanding of business development and sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.

Good business acumen.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

We are an established dairy product manufacturer located at Telok Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat, Selangor. Established in 1991 as a packaging agent for foodstuff, F&B Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. fully transformed itself in 2004 and is now one of the largest OEM manufacturers of sweetened creamer and evaporated creamer in Malaysia. We have seen tremendous growth in the demand for vegetable oil-based creamers, both locally and in the overseas market. In view of this, we are currently expanding our factory with additional production lines capable of manufacturing all 4 can sizes – 170g, 390g, 505g, and 1kg packaging simultaneously. Our expansion has also seen the introduction of our newly launched Evaporated Creamer line which is already operating at full capacity.
