Job Title: Salesforce & Siebel CRM Application Support Services

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have

Education Requirements & Experience:

  1. Honors Degree in IT/Business Information Systems/Data Analytics
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience supporting CRM applications such as Salesforce, Oracle Siebel, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, SAP.
  3. User-level experience with Microsoft tools
  4. Software testing experience
  5. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Einstein Reports
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder groups.
  8. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced multi-project environment globally.
  9. Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.
  10. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff globally.
  11. Self-driven and goal-oriented to provide project deliverables on schedule

Support:

  1. Provide superior user support for Salesforce and Siebel CRM applications, including Pricing, Opportunity Management and Quoting.
  2. Provide user access, system administrative tasks, application functionality and data clean-up initiatives.
  3. Participate in cross functional initiatives to improve and develop current work practices.
  4. Participate in system release testing for initial implementation of new modules and subsequent enhancements to the application.
  5. Communicate with the business organization on the scheduling and implementation of maintenance and enhancements to the system.
  6. Manage helpdesk trouble ticket queues and reporting on support case workload. Reporting ability, excellent business intelligence & excel skills.
  7. Create and maintain user documentation current with changes.
