Identify and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including contractors, operators, lawyers, bankers, government agencies, valuers, management offices, and marketers.

Communicate and coordinate with developers and property owners.

Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Take minutes and record details during meetings.

Handle paperwork and related administrative tasks.

Assist in scheduling and organizing itineraries.

Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.

Able to communicate proficiently in English, Malay, and Chinese.

Diploma/Degree qualification in Administration or any related studies.
