• Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP HCM, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.)
• Act as a primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and issues within the organization
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
• Collaborate with SAP support and external vendors to address and resolve critical issues
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams
• Work with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Review the performance of the processes and recommend and follow up on improvement areas
• Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and share knowledge with team members to facilitate ongoing support and project developments
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations
• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time

• Proficiency in Mandarin communication
• Diploma and above in Computer Science, IT, or relevant SAP certifications
• Male / Female
• 25 – 35 years old
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience for this position
• Extensive experience working with SAP systems, including configuration, implementation, and support
• Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of related integration points
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detailed understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
