  • Provide guidance and direction to activation planning team members.
  • Work with the marketing team to create activation strategies that match brand goals.
  • Develop detailed plans with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Execute plans with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Organize logistics for on-site activations, making sure everything is ready.
  • Monitor events to ensure they follow brand guidelines and run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Communicate with agencies, suppliers, and partners for successful campaigns.
  • Analyze data from events to see what works and what can be improved.
  • Create reports with key metrics and insights after each campaign.
  • Manage budgets and update stakeholders regularly.
  • Represent the brand positively during activations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG marketing, event planning, or activation roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
