About the Company
We represent one of the leading aluminium producers in Southeast Asia. Established in 1986, our client has grown from a local aluminium extrusion company into a globally integrated aluminium producer. Our client manufactures and trades midstream and downstream aluminium products, serving industries such as infrastructure, transportation, construction, and consumer sectors.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Support to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and sales support functions, particularly focusing on e-Invoicing and NetSuite implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle ad-hoc manual tasks related to e-Invoicing and NetSuite implementation and execution.
  • Maintain the sales invoice database in Excel and other platforms, including manual uploads into the IRB e-invoicing system.
  • Perform other ancillary tasks as needed. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with local and overseas customers.
  • Manage diversity in the workplace and interact professionally with customers from various backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate a mature mindset, accountability, reliability, diligence, ambition, and the ability to think outside the box for alternative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Preferably with working experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with a self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and seek innovative solutions.
