Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets for enterprise customers in assigned industry sectors.
- Lead Business Development: Identify and create new sales opportunities, leveraging internal resources to drive revenue growth.
- Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture long-term relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Consultative Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges and business objectives to position Malaysia's solutions effectively.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation and pipeline management.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained business growth.
- Min. 7 years of experience in enterprise solution sales with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with utility sector clients is a plus.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong ability to develop and execute key account plans effectively.
- Skilled in building trust with customers and independently generating sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Expertise in managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to sales presentations, documentation, and large-scale tender bidding.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
