  • Utilize revenue management tools and systems to optimize room rates and inventory allocation
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement initiatives

  • Monitor booking pace for all market segments, providing recommendations on strategies to maximize revenues
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue and Sales Directors, develop and execute pricing strategies and rate parameters for all revenue streams

  • Ensure daily communication between Reservations and Front Office regarding inventory, short-term and long-term sell strategies

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Revenue Management, Reservations and/or Front Office related experience
  • Analytical capability is paramount for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and the use of revenue management systems is essential
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to convey financial strategies and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Understanding of the hotel industry's market dynamics and customer behavior is critical
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking to lead initiatives that drive financial success and adapt to the ever-changing economic landscape
