Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  1. Hold key responsibility to acquire, develop and deepen relationship with a portfolio of premier banking customers in accordance with relevant business goals.
  2. To provide professional wealth advisory, financial analysis and solutions to our Premier Banking customers and thus helping them in achieving their life goals.
  3. Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
  4. Embrace digital and technology in banking solutions with the objective of promoting highly efficient, fast, and accurate services to our customers.

Service

  1. To provide excellent customer experience to our Premier Banking customers at all touch points via 3 distinctive service elements i.e. cared for, excellent and enhanced value.
  2. To build sustainable relationship with our Premier Banking customers through timely follow-up and anticipation of customers' needs.

Compliance

  1. To adhere to all related policies, regulatory, risk and compliance matters.
  2. To ensure no operational and control lapses.
  3. To ensure timely submission of reports for both statutory and regulatory.
  4. To ensure zero defect in account opening, sales transactions execution, loan submission and related matters.
  5. To provide fair dealing in all matters with our customers.

Job Qualifications

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university/colleges.
  2. Have high level of self-discipline and possess strong interest in financial planning, bancassurance and investment products. Keen to work in a sales driven environment.
  3. Preferably with 3 - 5 years' experience in sales and client relationship management.
  4. Priority is given to those with licenses and related accredited certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE, IPPC).
  5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
  6. Possess a valid driving license & own transport.
