Job Summary

This role focuses on enhancing the wealth management capabilities of Associate Relationship Managers (ARM) and Relationship Manager (RM). The incumbent will be responsible for training Associate Relationship Managers (ARM) and Relationship Manager (RM) on wealth solutions, providing regular market updates, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver investment strategies, building investment knowledge within sales teams, and developing wealth platform and sales tools. The role also involves building the skillset of RMs in addressing the needs of affluent clients, driving wealth management business growth, ensuring compliance with sales processes and regulations.

Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • To build RMs skillset in delivering the needs and aspiration of affluent clients, particularly in wealth solutions, financial planning and legacy planning.

Business

  • To drive the Wealth Management business against Wealth targets, including Financials, New to Wealth, growing Wealth AUM.

Processes:

  • To help RMs acquire knowledge and ability to use tools and processes such as SC Market Analyst, SC Wealth Select and sales process.

Risk Management

  • To have a good understanding of Wealth Solutions sales processes and policies in order to develop programs to guide RMs.

Qualification

  • Degree holder in the fields of either Finance, Business, Economics or Banking with at least 8 years of experience in advisory role or similar capacity.
  • Advanced financial markets & concepts.
  • Keen interest in and affinity for the financial markets.
  • Good understanding of Wealth Solutions.
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English, and an ability to articulate information, ideas and solutions to clients (Other languages are a plus point).
  • Strong team player who takes initiative and is detail oriented.
