About the role - you will:
  1. Support as the IT Infra Operations administrator
  2. Be responsible for day-to-day operations and administration of RHE Linux and other Linux distribution, VMware, and Windows in global IT infrastructure.
  3. Work on the global server deployment for both Linux and Windows.
  4. Establish and maintain security integrity controls.
  5. Formulate and monitor policies, procedures, and standards relating to the global server.
  6. Be responsible for patching of server operating system through tools like WSUS and Katello globally.
  7. Produce documentation for tasks completed, according to established standards.
  8. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  9. Tableau dashboard development for expanded programming role.
About you:
  1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
  2. Good administration and troubleshooting skills.
  3. Knowledge in RHEL, VMware, and Windows administration.
  4. Knowledge in RHEL, Open-Source tools/services, and automation scripts.
  5. Proactive and forward-thinking attitude and creative problem-solving ability.
  6. Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
  7. Good written & oral communication skills in English.
  8. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Good knowledge in networking, storage, and hardware architecture.
  10. Optional programming or report development skills.
Your experience includes:
  1. Knowledge in Linux, preferably CentOS or RHEL administration.
  2. Familiar with Windows and VMware administration.
  3. Familiar with patching, server deployment, and remote console management.
  4. Knowledge in Open-Source tools/services and automation scripts.
  5. Dashboard or report development knowledge.
