Description
- Generate, review, and ensure accurate invoicing for customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments, follow up with customers, and ensure collections are completed on time.
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Utilise automation tools and technologies to streamline receivables processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on accounts receivable ageing, payment statuses, and collection activities.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to accounts receivable processes, leveraging automation to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve customer issues and optimise payment collection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all receivables transactions.
Profile
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience with automation tools or software (e.g., RPA, ERP systems) to improve processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
