Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the HR matters of the Company.
  2. Supporting payroll, tax and statutory related activities for employees and directors of the Company.
  3. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
  4. Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
  5. Supporting onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  6. Supporting employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
  7. Supporting the training plan and conduct of the Company.
  8. Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities.
  9. Supporting in the employee performance evaluation process.
  10. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant.
  2. Preferably with min 3 years of experience in payroll, HRBP, HR generalist related roles.
  3. Individuals passionate to make a difference by being in an advisory role, being able to pay attention to the details and advocate for the brand of the Company.
