Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Executive to join our team. This role will focus on assisting clients with inquiries, providing comprehensive training on our software, completing design and rendering tasks as needed and being the main contact person for our clients with regards to their software subscription. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of interior design and rendering processes.

  • Be the go-to expert for client inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Build lasting relationships to ensure client success.
  • Guide users on best practices to enhance their design workflow.
  • Conduct online and face-to-face training sessions.
  • Develop user-friendly guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Regularly check in with clients to keep them updated on new features.
  • Consult and create stunning interior and exterior designs.
  • Produce high-quality renderings that meet client needs.
  • Offer creative input to optimize design solutions.
  • Gather client insights to enhance the software experience.
  • Work with internal teams to improve services and product features.
  • Proactively assist clients in maximizing software capabilities.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Host live and recorded sessions to educate clients.
  • Participate in industry workshops and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and training sessions.
  • Present insights on client engagement and satisfaction to management.
  • Continuously refine client success processes.
