Manager, Agency Training

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver in-house training modules.
- Take charge on the curriculum design, module's development project and support training roll out.
- Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take responsibility for self-development.
- Participate in any other duties as assigned by the superior.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in training or education, preferably with Insurance background.
- Good knowledge of training functions.
- Good communication skills and able to converse in two or more languages (English & Chinese).
