  • Assists in installing the equipment
  • Analyses, inspects, and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
  • Offers customer training for the product
  • Repairs, tests, and maintains equipment
  • Monitors performance of the product
  • Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
  • Develops and maintains relations with customers
  • Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians
  • Offers feedback on product development, features, and functions to our supplier/principals
  • Candidate must have good communication skills, problem-solving skills, analytical, leadership & positive attitude
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Required to work overtime, on-call and on weekends or public holidays as needed

Education Background:

  • Professional Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Working Experience:

  • Have at least 1-2 years of related working experience in the engineering field
