Role Profile:
As a Brow Expert, you will be trained and certified in the unique skillset of brows and facial waxing, alongside acquiring extensive knowledge of make-up application techniques, tips, and tricks. You will also have the opportunity to build a loyal customer base to ensure a constant flow of clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the use of brand's make-up products and services.
- Market and sell brand's products and services.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, store managers, and cast members.
- Engage customers in productive discussions to address skin concerns.
- Identify customer's skin condition and recommend suitable products.
- Host and organize occasional workshops or parties for customer engagement.
- Perform only Benefit-approved and trained services offered on the service menu to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Arrange appointments for return services.
- Maintain counter cleanliness.
- Ensure top-selling stock is adequately stocked at all times.
- Keep personal brow bar areas in excellent condition and communicate maintenance issues to the counter or sales manager.
- Adhere to the brand's hygiene standards.
- Wear the Benefit uniform and apply full make-up during work hours.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong retail sales and/or service history.
- Comfortable in face-to-face engagement.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic make-up application knowledge.
- An aesthetician or waxing license is an advantage.
