Coordinate and manage the preparation of a full set of accounts to ensure the timely closing of monthly accounts.

  • Perform journal entries and make necessary adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure the precise recording and analysis of revenues and expenditures in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Update, reconcile, and administer fixed asset records, including preparing and maintaining supporting schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of supplementary reports for management, audit, and statutory purposes on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
  • Monitor the issuance of debit notes and credit notes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining a systematic and timely filing system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in General Ledger (GL) reporting and managing a full set of accounts.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive working attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for a senior position.
