Assistant Finance Manager

Preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Monitor cash balances and cash management activities.
Generate and review journal entries and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Perform analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Work with Group Finance to ensure compliance, accurate and timely reporting.
Timely preparation of audit reports, tax computation & transfer pricing documents.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.
Assist in the implementation and integration of SAP ERP from Dynamic AX.
Any ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:Bachelor Degree/Advance Diploma in Finance or Accounting and any related field.
At least 5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
Candidates with professional qualifications are most welcome to apply.
Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
Advanced Excel abilities.
Good command in English & Mandarin (the shortlisted candidate required to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts).
Ability to partner with a range of stakeholders from finance and non-finance backgrounds to drive performance.
Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
