Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate management, property development, or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in real estate law, lease agreements, and property management practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
