Assist to maintain and enhance Human Resources by implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, recruitments, programs & activities, and practices to ensure smooth operation. Focus on HR Operations & Administrative.

Job Description

  • Manage the full functions of HR activities (e.g., Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, human resources policies)
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Assist in supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of Human Resources.
  • Ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies in terms of Employee Benefits & entitlement.
  • Assist in overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Manage & monitor the insurance claims and member updates.
  • Assist with internal & external training arrangements.
  • Assist the sports club & its activities hosted by the team members, ensuring employee welfare & engagement.
  • Other ad-hoc requirements from time to time.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English (Fluent written and verbal)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Acts and other relevant statutory.
