Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our rainwater harvesting systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and market analysis, with a passion for sustainability and environmental solutions. You will play a key role in communicating the benefits of our products and expanding our market presence.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across various online and offline channels (e.g., website, social media, email marketing, content marketing, industry events).
  2. Create engaging and informative marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
  3. Manage and optimize the company's website and social media presence to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  4. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to generate qualified leads.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  6. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide them with necessary marketing materials and support.
  8. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies as needed.
  9. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the company's products and services.
  10. Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to the building materials, environmental solutions, or related industries.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and informative content for various audiences.
  5. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  9. Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation is a plus.
  10. Familiarity with the Malaysian market is an advantage.
