The Opportunity:

We're on the lookout for a Creative Graphic Designer who shares our passion for wellness and design As a key player in our team, you'll help us bring our brand to life through visually stunning and meaningful design work. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll help shape the visual story of Pilatique – from marketing materials to online content – all while contributing to the bigger picture of promoting health and fitness. What You'll Be Doing:

Brand Development:

• Bring Pilatique's brand identity to life across all our visual materials.
• Ensure everything we design is cohesive, consistent, and aligned with our core values.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts for new campaigns and studio projects.

Marketing Collateral:

• Design engaging promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners) for events, workshops, and studio promotions.
• Create captivating digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and online ads (graphics, reels, short videos, infographics).

Website & Digital Elements:

• Work with the team to design user-friendly, visually appealing website elements.
• Ensure the website reflects Pilatique's evolving brand and values.

Social Media Design:

• Conceptualize and create engaging content tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Stay on top of social media trends and implement creative strategies to maximize engagement.

Class & Program Materials:

• Design materials for Pilates classes, physiotherapy programs, workshops, and certifications.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure that all content is visually engaging and easy to understand.

Photography & Image Editing:

• Source, create, and edit high-quality images for marketing materials, ensuring all visuals are in line with brand standards.
• Retouch photos and images to ensure they are print-ready and visually striking.

Social Media Campaigns:

• Lead the design for social media campaigns, ensuring all visuals are consistent and engaging across platforms.

Ad-Hoc Creative Tasks:

• Provide creative assistance for other visual or design-related tasks as required, including but not limited to video editing and the development of presentations and internal communication materials.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a design role, preferably within the wellness, fitness, or health industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and similar design tools.
• Passion: A love for health, wellness, and fitness, especially Pilates.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision and attention to detail with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience designing for social media platforms and understanding of current design trends.
• Multitasking: Detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Experience with website design and photography is a plus Immediate availability is a bonus
