Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit policies to mitigate financial risk.
- Assess and approve credit limits for customers based on financial analysis.
- Conduct credit risk analysis and recommend strategies to improve cash flow.
- Oversee debt recovery strategies to minimize overdue payments.
- Handle negotiations with delinquent accounts to ensure settlements.
- Work with external collection agencies and legal firms when necessary.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, and legal disputes related to credit and collections.
- Work with regulatory bodies and legal consultants to protect company interests.
- Prepare and present credit risk reports to senior management.
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions on credit-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Law, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in credit control, legal management, or risk management.
